On December 28th, 2021, Facebook user Dato Salukvadze shared an alleged quote of the American politician and diplomat Henry Kissinger, according to which the emergence of fear of uncertainty among people is part of the new world order and strategy for world governance. Dato Salukvadze indicates loveexpands.com as the source of Henry Kissinger’s quote, where a more detailed version of the quote can indeed be found, although the website does not indicate the date when the statement has been made.

The quote about the New World Order does not belong to Henry Kissinger. The quote was posted on various English-language online platforms and attributed to Henry Kissinger, claiming that he allegedly delivered it at one of the Bilderberger conferences. However, Kissinger’s words about the New World Order cannot be found in the openly accessible recordings of the conference.

By using the Google search engine, one can locate the quote on various websites, as well as in several books written about the Illuminati and the world government. All these sources cite Henry Kissinger as the author of the quote and specify that Kissinger said these words at a conference of the Bilderberger Club in the French city of Evian. In addition, according to some sources, the citation is dated back to 1991, while several other sources claim that the quote was voiced in 1992.

Henry Kissinger attended both the 1991 and 1992 Bilderberger Conferences. According to the Bilderberger Archives, no complete, publicly available transcripts of any of the conferences have been made, although a written summary of both conferences is available, including a description of the panels on which Henry Kissinger attended. Neither the 1991 report nor the 1992 conference paper contains similar statements made by Henry Kissinger about world government and the new world order. In addition, none of the credible sources openly available on the Internet confirms that Henry Kissinger ever made a similar statement. A similar quote cannot be found in Kissinger’s online archive either.
