The disseminated video indeed belongs to The Independent, and it concerns a British pseudo-documentary about meat made from human cells. The film is a comedy, and the company named Good Harvest and the human meat factory shown in it do not actually exist.
The video posted on Facebook is from a July 25 article published by The Independent titled: Channel 4 viewers bamboozled by Gregg Wallace mockumentary about ‘eating human meat.’
According to the article, a comedy film called “Gregg Wallace: The British Miracle Meat” was created by comedy writer Matt Edmonds and aired on Channel Four on July 24. In the description of the movie, we read that against the backdrop of rising food prices, Greg Wallace investigates new meat created in the laboratory.
However, the film is comedic, and the facts presented in it are not real. According to the movie, meat from human body cells is produced by Good Harvest, a company that pays people for their meat, but in reality, neither this company nor the factory we see in the movie exists.
