On March 28, 2023, the Russian propaganda media Ura.ru, as well as the Russian-language Facebook account, shared a fragment of the morning program of the American channel CBS, in which the reporter talks about the new tilted toilet seat, on which people will not be able to spend a lot of time due to its specific shape. After introducing the topic, instead of toilets, shots of Zelenskyy appear in the video, at which the anchor starts laughing. According to the Russian media, with this episode, the American channel showed that the country economizes on toilets and spends millions of dollars a year on Zelenskyy.

The video is altered using computer software. In the original version, there are no shots of Zelenskyy. The video shows toilet seats, and the anchor laughs after revealing the fact that the new toilet seats will save people millions of dollars.

The original version of the video was aired on the American channel CBS News Boston on December 19, 2019, and the original version does not contain footage of Zelenskyy.

In the program, the anchor Diana King Hall talks about new, innovative toilets, which people will not spend much time on because of their specific, curved shape, and this will save them a lot of time. The producing company says that people spend 25% more time than necessary in the bathroom, checking social media, etc. According to the company, the new toilets will save people millions of dollars. The anchor laughs at this very moment, while the footage of the toiler is seen in the video.
