“ERI Media” is a channel affiliated with Levan Vasadze, the founder and leader of the movement “Unity, Essence, Hope”.
Vasadze was one of the organizers of violent counter-demonstrations against Tbilisi Pride. He is also the representative in Georgia of the Christian-Evangelical organization World Congress of Families (WCF), which fights against LGBTQ+ rights in the name of defending the “natural family.” Vasadze maintains close ties with the Russian Orthodox Church and Alexander Dugin, the leader of the “Eurasianist Movement.”
Vasadze’s anti-liberal and radical positions on human rights shape the editorial policy of “ERI Media”, where he co-hosted the talk show Amier-Imieri. The channel, whose content was also shared via Facebook, regularly broadcast anti-Western, homophobic, and hate-filled messages. ERI Media has not been broadcasting for approximately one year. Since August 2024, ERI Media’s website has not been updated, though older posts continue to be reshared on its Facebook page.
LLC ERI Media group was registered in October 2021 and received its general broadcasting authorization in October 2022. Initially, Vasadze owned 100% of the shares, but the full ownership has since been transferred to his relative, Irine Mujiri. The channel’s general director is Tinatin Khorbaladze, who is also listed as the director of the non-profit (N(N)LE) World Congress of Families.
“ERI Media” is of a donatory nature. In 2022, the majority of its income came from donations made by Levan Vasadze’s relative, Irine Mujiri.
As of July 21, 2025, ERI Media’s Facebook page has 28,000 followers. On TikTok, where it currently has 48,200 followers, the channel mainly shares archival content.
