Between September 10 and 14, a Facebook page called “Juan Megan Ragan” published videos on Facebook and Instagram in which Public Broadcaster journalist Mariam Seturidze and politician Mamuka Mdinaradze talk about an online application that allegedly provides a guaranteed way to win money.
In the Facebook video, Moambe news program anchor Mariam Seturidze speaks about an application supposedly created by Cristiano Ronaldo, which allegedly allows users to win large sums of money. The video also features the footballer, claiming that the app “Cristiano WIN” was created to give every fan a chance to win.
In the Instagram video, politician Mamuka Mdinaradze speaks about Elon Musk, who, according to him, allocated 800 million to create an app called Chicko Win. In the same video, Tesla’s founder also appears, allegedly saying that the app was created to help Georgians.

The circulated videos are fabricated – the voices have likely been altered using artificial intelligence. In reality, the Public Broadcaster has not produced any such report, nor has Mamuka Mdinaradze spoken on this topic. Neither Ronaldo nor Musk has created such games to help Georgians. The videos show signs of fraud.
- The Video with Mariam Seturidze and Cristiano Ronaldo
The video in which Mariam Seturidze talks about an app created by Cristiano Ronaldo is fabricated and altered using artificial intelligence. The TV host’s footage was taken from the Moambe news program aired on August 2, 2025. In that broadcast, Mariam Seturidze did not speak about any app created by the athlete.

The segment where Cristiano Ronaldo is speaking is also fake. The footage was taken from the podcast WHOOP, in which the footballer discussed fitness experiences and mental health. Moreover, there is no confirmation from open sources that Cristiano Ronaldo has ever created such an application. Neither the footballer himself nor any media outlet has announced this.
The fake video also contains a link to the Cristiano Win app, but no connection with the footballer has been confirmed.

- The Video with Mamuka Mdinaradze and Elon Musk
The video in which Mamuka Mdinaradze speaks is also fabricated, with his voice altered using software, most likely AI. The footage was taken from Mdinaradze’s briefing, which was also aired on TV Imedi’s news program Chronika on August 18, 2025. In that broadcast, the politician was reviewing the European Commission’s “Good Governance Index” report. Mdinaradze made no mention of Elon Musk or any application.

The segment where Elon Musk speaks is also fake. The footage was taken from a Microsoft conference, where Musk was discussing artificial intelligence and its future role. In that video, he made no mention of Georgians or the “Chicko Win” app. Open sources do not confirm that Musk has created such an app, and neither he nor the media have made such an announcement. The video contains a link to the app “Clucky on a Mission,” but no connection with Musk has been confirmed.

The video also contains a segment where TikTok user Esma Machaladze speaks about the app, saying she won a large sum of money. This footage is also fake, with the voice likely altered using AI. In reality, the footage was taken from Machaladze’s TikTok video published on July 11, 2025, where she makes no mention of the app or winning money.

- The Facebook Page “Juan Megan Ragan”
The videos were circulated by the Facebook page “Juan Megan Ragan.” As of September 18, it had 44 followers. In the “About” section, the page is categorized as “Entertainment,” with no additional information provided. “Juan Megan Ragan” was created on November 10, 2023.

In one of the Instagram videos shared by “Juan Megan Ragan,” Elon Musk allegedly says the app “Chicko Win” was created to help Georgians. An analysis of the page’s advertising library shows that Tesla’s founder repeats the same statement for Nepal, Serbia, Albania, and Croatia. Only the anchor and the country’s name are changed in each version, while the rest of the storyline remains the same.
Some of these sponsored videos have since been removed by Facebook for violating its standards.
