In addition, Russian propaganda cites Georgia’s ex-security chief, Igor Giorgadze, as well as Patrioti TV founded by two pro-Russian organizations – the Eurasian Choice and the Society of Erekle II – to spread conspiracy theories about the Lugar Laboratory.
