Mariam Talakhadze has been working for Media Development Foundation (MDF) as a fact-checker since August 2020. She worked with Media Development Foundation (MDF) as a researcher on “Pre-Election Monitoring Report: Sexism and Gender Stereotypes on Social Media” in 2020. She became Myth Detector Laboratory alumna in 2019, and also she is one of the winners of the Multimedia Content competition with the media project “Gavrilov’s Night” Seen Through the Lenses of “Sputnik”".
Mariam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
