Ani Kistauri
Ani Kistauri has been working for Myth Detector since January 2021. She is a researcher focused on fake social media accounts and coordinated inauthentic behaviour. She worked on research such as Financial Transparency of Media - 2020 and Infodemic in Georgia 2020. Ani is a co-author of the media literacy game Dr. Fake. As an alumna of Myth Detector Lab, Ani is a winner of a multimedia content competition. Her publication was related to soviet active measures that are actively used by Russia even today. Ani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Ilia University and studies Comparative Literature for her MA degree. In 2017, she completed an internship at Ilia State University Administration and has previously worked as regional coordinator for the organization "American-Georgian Initiative for Liberal Education."
